T&TEC e-bill is a free, electronic billing service that is available to new and existing customers. When you sign up for e-billing you will receive your bill summary by email and will no longer receive a printed bill in the mail from T&TEC. Your full bill is always available online and if you need a copy, you can simply log into your account and print it from the comfort of your home.

Once you have registered you will receive your first e-bill according to your existing billing cycle. Depending on your cycle, your next paper bill may already be on the way via post. After that you will receive e-bills.

Once registered you can also pay your bill online, view your consumption and request certain services via the Customer Web Access portal.

To register you will need a copy of your bill and the national ID that you used to open your account.

T&TEC’s Automated Credit Card Payment Facility (ACCPF) allows you flexibility in managing your bill payments:

Option 1: Have the full amount of your bill automatically paid when the bill is due.

This is the most convenient option and we guarantee that you will never be disconnected*

Option 2: Have a pre-determined amount automatically paid on your bill every month.

This option can assist with cash flow as you can pay your bill in part each month**

Option 3: Pay your bill online.

Paying your bill on the T&TEC website is faster than any other website; payment is applied to your account within 24 hours

*Customer’s credit card must be valid and have sufficient funds at the time of processing.

** Tip: calculate the monthly payment based on your average bi-monthly bill.

Energy Management Application

T&TEC’S Energy Management Application is available to all residential and commercial account holders and can be accessed via the Customer Web Access portal (registration required). Your portal is personalised for you, with several features to help you conserve electricity and save on your bill:

  1. Set goals

The choice is yours, set usage goals by dollar value or energy used. To help you stay on track, we can send you a notification when you are approaching or have exceeded your goal.

  1. Track your history

You have three options to review your usage patterns, Kwh (the unit of electricity used), dollar value or Green House Gas emissions, to see how your usage impacts the environment.

  1. Energy calculator

The energy calculator will help you to estimate and analyse your bills, based on your appliances and how you use them.

Quick Pay

T&TEC’S Quick Pay service provides fast, easy and secure bill payment using a credit or debit (Linx) card. Bill payments can be made for yourself, a family member or friend. Quick Pay  can also be used for a  simple check of  your bill balance.

There is no service fee and registration is not required. Unlike when you pay at a third-party location (e,g. bank), payment is applied to your account immediately.

Quick Pay  accepts Visa Debit and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.  It is powered by First Atlantic Commerce (FAC), a leading, international online payments, fraud and data management solutions provider.
