If you think that your appliance may have been damaged due to our negligence, we apologise, and would like to investigate as quickly as possible.

Damaged Appliance Claims Process

  1. Customer/Claimant completes and submits Damaged Appliance Claims Report (DACR) – online only.
  2. T&TEC conducts investigation to determine liability, and communicates its decision to the Claimant within 30 working days.
  3. If liability is accepted, claim will be further processed. Claimant will be required to provide Technician’s Reports  and other supporting documents.
