You can also set up recurring payments in the portal.
Avoid delays in the post and get your bill in your in-box, not your mail box. Register to have your bill emailed and never miss your due date. (Available to the account holder only)
For persons who pay a bill that is not in their name. Register to receive a bill summary by email and never miss the due date.
Use your phone to report outages, leaning poles, Street Lighting issues and other service problems. Receive immediate confirmation of your report. See a daily schedule for planned maintenance outages.
Avoid lines and traffic and make a request for account services online- open, close or transfer an account, request a meter check, or a temporary disconnection and more. After submitting the form, a service representative will contact you to complete the transaction.
Our aim is to provide the best service always, but sometimes we fall short. If you have had a disappointing experience or need to alert us to a problem, you may make a report here.
If you think that your appliance may have been damaged due to our negligence, we apologise, and would like to investigate as quickly as possible.
