In accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act 2015 (as amended 2023) all Contractors and Suppliers who wish to provide goods, works or services to a public body must first be registered with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) and prequalified on the OPR’s Depository.

As per Section 27 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act 2015, T&TEC is required to publish its annual list of planned procurement activities, to provide interested suppliers and contractors with a preview of intended work for the fiscal year 2025/2026.
