By clicking “Agree” you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the right and authority to receive this Bill Summary.

By clicking “Agree” and proceeding you also:

(a) understand that the official Bill Summary sent by the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (hereinafter the “Commission”) shall be in email format and sent to the email address designated by you;

(b) consent to receipt of the Bill Summary from the Commission and acknowledge that such Bill Summary shall be effective upon sending;

(c) understand your sole responsibility to ensure that you receive the Bill Summary and in the event that no such summary is received, notify the Commission of such;

(d) acknowledge that non-receipt of the Bill Summary does not absolve you of your obligation to pay for the electricity consumed;

(e) agree to pay the amount as stated on the Bill Summary;

(f) acknowledge and agree that any payment made on the Bill Summary and a receipt for same does not in any way confer either legal or equitable rights of the property on you;

(g) understand your sole responsibility to inform the Commission of any change in the designated email address to which the Bill Summary should be sent;

(h) acknowledge and agree that the Commission has made this Bill Summary available to you as a matter of convenience and the Commission expressly disclaim any claim or liability arising out of the provision of this Bill Summary; and

(i) agree to indemnify the Commission against any claim whatsoever which may arise out of or in connection with the Bill Summary.
